Coordinates specialty care referrals in a military healthcare call center by reviewing documentation, resolving processing issues, communicating with patients and providers, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate specialty care referrals in a military healthcare call center by reviewing requests, resolving documentation issues, communicating with patients and providers, and maintaining accurate records to support continuity of care.
Provide remote scheduling and administrative support for Veterans by coordinating appointments and referrals, maintaining accurate healthcare records, and communicating with patients, providers, and internal teams.
Support telephonic wellness coaching programs by communicating with participants, coordinating program services, assigning members to coaching, responding to inquiries, and maintaining outreach and program data.
Operate a First Response Unit ambulance as a volunteer, responding to time-critical emergencies and providing immediate patient care until frontline ambulance crews arrive.
