Full job description
Design-Minded Builder Who Can Own Features End-to-End
We’re looking for a sharp product-minded builder who can take ownership of features from concept through QA — not someone waiting around for tickets.
You’ll work directly with a technical founder across several active products and internal tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building fast, thinking critically, and improving products beyond the original ask.
What This Role Looks Like
You’ll be responsible for taking ideas, features, fixes, and improvements and driving them forward independently.
That means:
- Building the feature
- Testing it thoroughly
- Refining the UX/UI where needed
- Communicating tradeoffs and blockers clearly
- Suggesting better approaches when appropriate
We value people who think like product owners, not task executors.

What We Value
We care about builders who take pride in their work, think independently, and genuinely care about product quality.
If you’re the type of person who notices what could be better — and fixes it — we’d love to talk.
