Full job description
We're looking for a Lead of Employee Experience to own how our people feel when we gather — from the moment they walk through our doors to the moments that define our culture such as team celebrations and off-sites. This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: you'll oversee a global office portfolio, lead internal and external events. If you thrive on tangible operations and the intangibles of culture, and you get equal satisfaction from negotiating a lease and launching a brand campaign, this role was built for you.
Responsibilities
**Global Workplace & Facilities**
Lead strategy and day-to-day operations for a multimillion-dollar portfolio of 12 offices in 12 countries, including leasing, build-outs, vendor management, and space planning
Ensure all offices reflect our culture, meet safety and compliance standards, and scale with our growth
Partner with Finance and Legal on real estate decisions, renewals, and expansions
Build and manage regional workplace teams and third-party partners
Establish repeatable processes, vendor relationships, and budget frameworks that raise the quality bar across all event
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace, employee experience, events, or a closely related field
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-site real estate and facilities operations at scale
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing high-quality events — both internal and external/customer-facing
- Strong operational mindset: you build systems, manage budgets rigorously, and hold vendors accountable
- A natural communicator and storyteller who understands brand and knows how to build culture through experience
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams across geographies
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to define scope in a fast-moving environment
**Bonus if you bring:**
- Background that spans both facilities/operations *and* marketing, events, or employer branding — this combination is rare and highly valued
Why This Role Is Unique
This isn't a siloed facilities job or a pure culture role — it's both. You'll have real influence over the physical, cultural, and experiential dimensions of work for a global team, with budget and headcount to match. You'll work closely with senior leadership and leave a visible mark on how employees and customers experience this company.
