Coordinate broadcaster and content-owner requests, validate channel information, troubleshoot data and workflow issues, and keep internal teams and external partners aligned on accurate, timely processing.
Coordinate candidate outreach, interview scheduling, hiring-manager follow-ups, and candidate checks while keeping records current and improving recurring recruiting operations.
Own day-to-day vendor and agent communications for renovation operations, keeping work orders moving from assignment through completion through inbox management, issue resolution, change-order processing, and accurate records.

Own and scale a core fintech operations domain by handling cases, designing processes and metrics, and building production automations and agent workflows with Product and Engineering.
