Key responsibilities:
Own and maintain the mobile platform, device fleet, and network infrastructure, designing networks from the ground up while resolving incidents, supporting users, and guiding the operations team and apprentice.
Leads and develops the corporate network engineering team, setting architecture and operational standards for reliable, secure office and research-facility networks while guiding automation, site buildouts, and vendor decisions.
Oversee and manage the network strategy, design, and operations for Sutherland's Americas region, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across corporate and cloud networks.
Installe, administre et sécurise des réseaux dans un environnement NOC multi-client, résout des incidents de niveau 2 et contribue à l’automatisation et à l’amélioration continue des opérations.
Design, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across production environments, troubleshooting incidents and optimizing routing, firewalls, cloud connectivity, and reliability.
