Provide German- and English-language technical support to merchants and business partners using payment terminals, POS systems, and ATMs, troubleshooting issues and supporting installations, activations, and configurations.
Resolves complex tax, bookkeeping, and payroll customer issues, supports frontline teams with escalations, and improves service quality through accurate guidance, case review, and process improvements.
Serve as the primary support contact for dental practices, resolving account, order, billing, lab fulfillment, and basic technical issues while building support processes and documentation.
Handle inbound customer calls, book appointments, and coordinate schedules for mobile technicians, using availability and location to support efficient service delivery and accurate customer records.
Provide Level 1 technical and operational support to clinical staff, resolving common system issues, managing user access, and helping maintain reliable clinical and vaccine-related operations.
