Advocate for families transitioning into permanent housing by coordinating monthly outreach, addressing tenancy risks, connecting clients with resources, and documenting stabilization progress.
Lead operational improvement projects across Trust & Safety and marketplace operations, redesigning end-to-end processes and building scalable workflows that improve user experience, quality, risk management, efficiency and commercial.
Supervise on-site assembly projects by coordinating teams, materials, subcontractors, and safety; monitor progress and quality, resolve site issues, and report project activities in line with company standards.
Review and investigate visual and written user-generated content for Community Guidelines violations, applying cultural awareness, sound judgment, and confidentiality in content moderation decisions.
Support camp kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, washing and storing dishes, stocking supplies, completing food-safety logs, and assisting with food production as needed.
