Provide technical support for JumpCloud customers by troubleshooting complex, high-priority issues across support channels, maintaining platform expertise, and partnering with internal teams to resolve defects and improve customer outcomes.
Manage customer communications, plumbing appointment scheduling, dispatch coordination, and front-office administration, keeping customer records and calendars accurate while resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters.
Deliver customer support across channels, resolve issues with empathy, and use product expertise to guide customers while meeting service metrics and sharing feedback that improves customer effort and team effectiveness.
Coordinates disability claim intake, case setup, tracking, and physician assignments while communicating with clients to ensure complete documentation, appropriate reviews, and timely case processing.
