- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform Solutions using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are validated and aligned with organizational needs.
- Plan, delegate, and track development tasks, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure successful launches.
- Collaborate with a team to design security groups and user personas for effective role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Develop custom connectors for API integrations to enable secure data flows.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and release notes.
🛠️ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven ability to lead development teams and oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle utilizing managed Power Platform environments.
- Proficiency in web service technologies (REST/JSON/XML) and authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex projects.
- Active DOD clearance (required).
