Director, Financial Processes & Control (Hybrid - Upper Gwynedd, PA)

The US Finance Compliance Lead oversees compliance support for the US Market Finance team, ensuring adherence to policies, processes, and audit management.

Description

• Lead a team of 2 Associate Directors to provide compliance support.
• Facilitate the annual SOX audit of US Finance by internal and external auditors.
• Coordinate annual reviews and training on internal controls and government pricing policies.
• Prepare quarterly State of Compliance reports and conduct compliance reviews.
• Manage quarterly control processes to identify and evaluate significant matters.
• Advise on new projects to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 10 years of business experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• Masters of Business Administration degree preferred.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Prior management/team leadership experience with proven results.
