Join our team as Associate Director, Commercial Capabilities to shape learning strategies for marketing and market access in the Human Health Learning & Development division.

Description

• Shape and execute learning strategies for marketing and market access capabilities.
• Partner with US and Global Marketing and Market Access teams to address critical capability needs.
• Focus on US marketing learning activities including onboarding, upskilling, and coaching.
• Collaborate on learning strategies that support content strategy and digital marketing.
• Support the implementation of the Marketing Academy for role-based development.
• Advance market access learning activities and ensure launches are supported with effective learning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in US Market Pharma/BioPharma/Medical Equipment/Diagnostics.
• Minimum 5 years in a commercial (sales &/or marketing) role.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end commercial skills building training.
