As the host of "The New Default", you will own the end-to-end guest lifecycle, from identifying and reaching out to potential speakers to conducting insightful on-camera interviews. This is a flexible, freelance B2B engagement ideal for professionals who wish to host 2–3 conversations per month alongside their primary role or consulting work. Editing, post-production, and distribution are fully handled by Monterail's internal media team.

Create and present engaging short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns, following scripts and creative direction while ensuring polished recordings and timely delivery of raw footage.
Create and produce platform-native social content for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, turning food moments and cultural trends into engaging videos, photography, graphics, and recurring series.
Shape employee-generated footage into fast-paced, platform-native social videos for one or two brands, using strong hooks, editorial storytelling, and native tools to deliver polished assets quickly.
Create and appear in short-form videos showcasing wedding flower crafts, from bouquet building and dyeing to answering customer questions, while developing concepts and tracking performance across social platforms.
Lead editorial storytelling about Delhi’s food and culture, creating and presenting digital content, shaping content strategy, guiding junior creators, and using performance insights to strengthen audience engagement.
