Full job description

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, Sierra, and Airtable.

Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

How we work

We operate with one core principle: velocity. In practice, this means we:

  • Optimize everything we do around accelerating rate of learning.

  • Do truly great work

  • Communicate openly and directly, and with full context.

All while maintaining a hard-earned reputation for craft and quality.

The role:

We're hiring our first Implementation Specialist to own how our customers first experience the product. You'll take new customers from signature to steady state: handle the configuration, run the training, and get every user live and productive across the Metaview agents that they’ve chosen to get started with.

A great implementation sets the whole relationship up for success. Done well, every end user sees value fast and the customer sees clear ROI against their own success criteria.

This is a brand new role, and there's a ton of room to define what great looks like as we build out the function. It's also one of the most hands-on seats in the company for learning how AI actually gets adopted inside a business. You'll see it happen across dozens of companies a year, up close, at a company defining the category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the implementations for our most strategic customers: work through the plan for each new account, drive the setup, keep it on track, and make sure the customer always knows what happens next.

  • Build each customer’s version of Metaview: a lot of this is prompt engineering. You’ll write the instructions that tell Metaview's agents what a great candidate looks like for each role, give the agents context on the company and how it hires, build note templates around the customer's real interview process, and connect Metaview to their ATS and the rest of their stack. You’ll move customers onto the more advanced features once the basics are working.

  • Run the trainings: end user sessions, hiring manager onboarding, custom loom videos. Success is sustained and increasing usage from all users across all parts of the platform.

  • Watch adoption: spot the teams and users who haven't landed and go back in with targeted training or config changes. You're the customer's first call during the onboarding period, and you know when to pull in the rest of the team.

  • Leave things reusable: turn what you build into assets the next implementation can use, and share what you're learning about what makes onboarding land.

You might be:

  • A couple of years into implementation, onboarding or professional services at a B2B SaaS company with a complex, multi-module product.

  • Already working in the ops side of recruitment - you know the tools and the workflows as well as the hiring.

  • A Metaview power user who's already pushing the product further than most of our team.

  • None of these exactly, but you recognise yourself in the next section.

What you bring:

  • Project management. Not necessarily a previous job title, but one of your real strengths. Comfortable running several implementations simultaneously, each at a different stage with its own milestones, dependencies and stakeholders.

  • Product fluency. You like understanding how things work and you're happy in the detail. You'll learn to write a strong ideal candidate profile, work out why a sourcing search is returning the wrong candidates, and teach a hiring manager to get more from an agent. You're comfortable with configuration, integrations, data and prompts, and you use AI on your own work. Metaview experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Training and behaviour change. You can take a complex product and break it into pieces someone can actually use, you adjust when the room isn't following, and you know a session went well when people are using the thing a week later rather than when they said thanks.

  • Hospitality. You sweat the experience. Implementations are tailored to what each customer needs rather than running the same script, and you're easy to have on a call.

  • Systems thinking. You instinctively turn a one-off session into something reusable.

What we offer:

  • The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance.

  • Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI.

  • High compensation, through cash and equity.

  • Your own Ramp card for lunch & dinner whenever you're in the office.

  • WFH & learning allowance to set up your own space, plus expense any books/resources/tools you'll need for your role.
