Support Bol.com customers by resolving questions about orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and digital products, assisting external sellers, and escalating issues to the appropriate departments.
Conduct client intake calls, review consumer credit reports, explain basic credit concepts, manage follow-ups and appointments, and document client needs and next steps using established guidance and procedures.
Manage customer communications, plumbing appointment scheduling, dispatch coordination, and front-office administration, keeping customer records and calendars accurate while resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters.
Deliver customer support across channels, resolve issues with empathy, and use product expertise to guide customers while meeting service metrics and sharing feedback that improves customer effort and team effectiveness.
Coordinates disability claim intake, case setup, tracking, and physician assignments while communicating with clients to ensure complete documentation, appropriate reviews, and timely case processing.
