Full job description

Full-time, 8.5-hour shifts (including a 30-minute break), 5 days a week on a fixed weekly pattern. Training (approximately the first 5–6 weeks): Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time. After training: your agreed shift and working days, which stay the same every week. Start Date Monday 26 October or Monday 2 November 2026. We are moving to 24/7 customer support and are hiring for 13 positions across three shifts. Each position has fixed hours and fixed working days that do not change from week to week.

Hours by Time Zone

• Graveyard shift: this is a night shift. Your working days are the mornings your shift finishes. For example, in Mexico a Monday–Friday graveyard pattern means working from 22:30 Sunday night to 07:00 Monday morning, and so on, with the last shift from 22:30 Thursday night to 07:00 Friday morning. In Argentina, the same pattern means 01:30–10:00 every Monday to Friday.

• Weekends: all positions except Monday–Friday include working every Saturday and Sunday.

• Training: training is self-led, with an assessment at the end of each training week.

• Commitment: applicants must be able to work Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time, for the full training period, and then commit to their agreed shift and working days. We can only consider applicants who can commit to both.

• Note: Chile changes its clocks, so local hours there move by an hour twice a year.
