OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of our product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality software solutions. This role is critical in shaping our product roadmap, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring we exceed customer expectations.

YOU WILL

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and projects based on market needs, business objectives, and ROI.
• Introduce new products aligned with department strategy.
• Develop robust product structures to enhance scalability and market adaptability.
• Draft and monitor agreements with partners and merchants, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct continuous market surveys and analyze the best trends in loyalty, marketplaces, and lifestyle.
• Analyze and create presentations to communicate market trends, customer data, and competitor information.
• Create and manage budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
• Monitor dashboard product operation performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and resolve defects efficiently.
• Provide guidance to teams on customer service and satisfaction, ensuring a customer-first approach in all decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Write business plans and processes that streamline operations and improve outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend changes to align with evolving technologies.

Qualifications

• TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the software industry.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
