البحث عن أفضل العروض والخيارات القريبة من الحرم.
التواصل مع الفنادق والموردين وإتمام عمليات الحجز بدقّة.
متابعة الطلبات وحل أي مشاكل تتعلق بالحجز.
القدرة على الإقناع وتحويل الاستفسارات إلى حجوزات ناجحة.
الشروط المطلوبة:
إجادة تامة للهجة السعودية (يفضل).
خبرة سابقة في مجال حجوزات الفنادق أو السفر والسياحة.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على الإقناع.
الالتزام بالمواعيد وسرعة الرد على العملاء.
إجادة استخدام أنظمة الحجز والمنصات السياحية.
توفر جهاز كمبيوتر واتصال إنترنت ممتاز.
