🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO), line maintenance, or base maintenance, with practical exposure to continuing airworthiness requirements and maintenance planning.
- Strong technical knowledge of Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 aircraft families, including their maintenance requirements and technical documentation.
- Experience reviewing aircraft maintenance records, assessing airworthiness status, and evaluating compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes, technical records, defect management, and aircraft lifecycle requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify technical discrepancies, evaluate risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with aircraft owners, lessors, operators, MRO providers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for technical documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally to support inspections and aircraft transition projects.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance information systems such as AMOS, OASES, or GANNET is an advantage.

As a Technical Services Consultant, you will support aircraft transition and redelivery projects, ensuring aircraft meet contractual, technical, and airworthiness requirements.
