🛠️ Requirements
- Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in a client-facing implementation, software delivery, technical project management, or similar role.
- Enterprise SaaS Implementations: Demonstrated experience leading software implementation projects, managing project lifecycles, and supporting successful client adoption in enterprise environments.
- Financial Services Experience: Experience in fintech, banking, credit unions, or other regulated financial services environments is required or strongly expected.
- Technical Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams, including Product, Engineering, and integration specialists, with the ability to coordinate technical dependencies and communicate requirements effectively.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, establish realistic timelines, track milestones, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results within agreed scope.
