This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Automation & Business Process Analyst based in the United States.
This is a senior-level opportunity to lead business process improvement and automation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. You’ll partner with stakeholders across teams to understand challenges, define requirements, map workflows, and design more efficient ways of working. The role combines business analysis, process transformation, workflow automation, and hands-on systems configuration. You’ll work across operational and administrative processes while helping improve efficiency, consistency, data quality, and compliance. You’ll also contribute technical and operational guidance, mentor junior colleagues, and help build a culture of continuous improvement. The position offers a flexible working environment, with opportunities to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or in a hybrid setup.
Accountabilities:

Develop solutions using existing technical expertise while collaborating with technical specialists when additional capabilities or resources are required.

Design robust ETL processes that support the stability, security, and integrity of critical business data using technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Databricks.

Provide technical and operational guidance to stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with applicable regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and process best practices.

Proactively identify additional opportunities to improve processes across customer-facing and internal operations.
