This role is focused on turning new provider engagement into lasting partnerships and measurable growth. You’ll act as a key extension of the field sales organization, helping providers move from initial interest to first orders and sustained utilization. The position combines proactive outreach, relationship management, account growth, and provider re-engagement. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals and office staff to remove adoption barriers and create a seamless experience. Success is measured through provider activation, repeat ordering, utilization growth, and account retention. The role offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where your work can directly support broader access to sleep and respiratory care.
Accountabilities:
- Follow up with provider offices within 24 hours of educational events, introductions, or other field sales activities to introduce yourself as a dedicated growth resource and address high-level questions.
- Guide providers and office staff through the first-order process, helping remove barriers and build confidence in available services and solutions.
- Follow up after the first completed order to understand the provider experience and encourage continued ordering activity.
- Conduct regular outreach to active ordering providers to strengthen relationships, understand utilization trends, identify growth opportunities, and increase ordering frequency.
- Identify additional providers, locations, or accounts that could benefit from the organization’s services and develop opportunities for broader adoption.
- Reconnect with inactive or lost ordering providers to understand disengagement, identify service gaps or ordering barriers, gather market and competitive insights, and develop reactivation strategies.
- Partner closely with Territory Managers by sharing provider feedback and market intelligence, identifying education and support opportunities, and developing account-specific growth strategies.
- Help ensure a smooth transition from initial field engagement to ongoing provider utilization and long-term account growth.
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication across multiple accounts while balancing competing priorities and follow-up activities.

- Estimated on-target earnings of $75,000–$78,000 USD annually, including base salary and target incentive compensation.
