As the onsite HR Manager, you will serve as the primary people partner to site leadership and a large, dynamic workforce. You will oversee the employee lifecycle while helping create a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment. The role combines employee relations, HR program execution, workforce support, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with operational leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and continuously improve the employee experience. Accountabilities:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with site leadership to identify workforce needs and develop people strategies aligned with operational and business objectives.
- Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Promote a positive employee experience and workplace culture across a large operational workforce.

- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, performance processes, compensation programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
