- ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position UTILITY/HOTEL CUSTODIAL for VIKING OCEAN CRUISES!
- The Utility/Hotel Custodial cleans and maintains all Guest/crew public areas, cleans and maintains all officer/crew cabins and pool areas, according to company standards and procedures. This position rotates in various

🛠️ Requirements
- One year’s experience as a Utility/Hotel Custodial or similar position in a 5 Star hospitality environment, or a formal hospitality training and a minimum of 6 months experience, is required; previous hotel and shipboard experience is preferred.
- Must have good English communication skills, including an ability to fluently interact with native English speaking guests.
- Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance and impeccable hygiene standards are required; must be flexible and stress resistant, team player, shows commitment.
- Must be able to work with various chemicals, hazardous materials, and cleaning tools.
- Knowledge in floor care and experience in operating floor cleaning equipment is preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle 50+ lbs., must be able to do extensive walking and have the ability to stand on your feet for a long time.
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of basic Public Health and Sanitary Policies compliance.
- No visible tattoos
- Minimum 21 years old.
