CRYSTAL CRUISES - JR SUITE ATTENDANT

ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position JR SUITE ATTENDANT for CRYSTAL CRUISES!

Junior Suite Attendant is responsible to assist the Suite Attendants in cleaning assigned Guest suites, sections and pantries following USPH procedures, according to the schedule and instructions from the 1st Asst. Housekeeper. To provide a six-star service and to deal with Guest complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner.

JOB CONDITIONS:

• Flights paid to ship and back after completed contract
  
• Medical insurance provided during contract
  
• Free food and accommodation on board
  
• Free uniform
• Joining expenses: reimbursed upon completion of first contract.
• STCW certificates: reimbursed upon commencement of second contract.
• Contract length 5-6 months for Suite Attendant and 8-9 months for Jr Suite Attendant followed by 2 months vacation.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• To clean assigned Guest’s Suites and Rooms, as instructed by Executive Housekeeper, always following the USPH procedures.
• To keep assigned lockers and corridors always clean and tidy in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
• To assist the Suite Attendants in cleaning assigned Guest suites, sections and pantries
• To always keep work trolleys organized and tidy.
• To ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly and securely stored away when not on duty.
• To follow and execute the Housekeeping Sanitation program and to complete and update all Sanitation Log sheets as per policy.
• To use the Hepburn product in the sanitary system during regular scheduled intervals.
• To assist the Suite Attendant in cleaning and sanitizing isolation rooms in accordance to Company policy
• To assist the Suite Attendants in providing Guest turndown service every evening, and to replenish amenities and towels on a daily basis or as necessary.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned, but not limited to the above.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a luxury hotel or resorts.
• Previous ship experience in housekeeping will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have very good organizational skills and show attention to detail.
• Fluent spoken English
• Good interpersonal and public communication skills.
• Must possess initiative and the ability to work independently
• Needs to have an outgoing personality and possess a positive attitude, maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times even under pressure utilizing an in depth understanding and knowledge of Crystal Basics
• Must be service minded with an outgoing, charming and friendly personality.
• Minimum 21 years old
