- Conduct professional interactions with guests and crew members.
- Assist in providing Buffet service and setup.
- Ensure timely and clean Room Service deliveries.
- Maintain inventory and stock control for all venues.
- Run sales reports at the end of each shift and voyage.
- Oversee delivery of quality guest services to ensure satisfaction.
🛠️ Requirements
- Age 18+.
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory.
- Knowledge of English from intermediate level depending on the position.
- Five or more years of experience in food and beverage in upscale hotels or cruise ships.
- STCW certificates and a seafarer's passport/identity card required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
