- Supervises housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and guest cabins.
- Inspects crew areas and public spaces to ensure high cleanliness standards are met.
- Assigns duties to staff and provides instructions for special projects.
- Maintains daily logs of inspections, assignments, and maintenance issues.
- Conducts inventory checks and manages supply storage to prevent waste.
- Reports maintenance deficiencies and oversees proper equipment use.
🛠️ Requirements
- Age 18+ and fluent in Russian; knowledge of English required.
- Full STCW certificates and a seafarer's passport/identity card are mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- 2+ years of management experience in upscale hotels or cruise ships.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
