Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Contract Management Specialist to contribute to our Library Services (ILS) team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. We offer hybrid work schedules, however, this person must live in the Greater Nashville area.
In this role, you will consistently produce winning written proposals, positioning ILS as the premier materials and value-added services supplier to libraries. You’ll also manage all aspects of the Request for Proposal (RFPs), including initial receipt/request, submission, and archival process. The ideal candidate will have experience writing/reviewing contracts, preparing/managing RFPs and working with proformas.

Hiring Salary Range: $58,298 - $72,657. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
