Own and improve the Windows endpoint platform by strengthening Intune-based lifecycle management, patching, fleet health, and automation while advancing reliable, code-managed operations across teams.
Own and improve the Windows endpoint platform by strengthening Intune-based device management, patching, application delivery, fleet health, and automation while leading cross-functional improvements and mentoring engineers.
Monitor and verify backups, remediate patching issues, and perform infrastructure health checks across client environments, documenting outcomes and escalating incidents that need further investigation.
Own and improve IT operations by automating workflows across cloud, identity, SaaS, and AI tools, while handling escalations and strengthening secure, reliable access and integrations.
Own ChromeOS end to end for vendor fleets, from device standards, enrollment, and policy automation to security, telemetry, lifecycle management, and support for Android as a second platform.
