Your impact
As an Implementation Consultant at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted.
You are trusted to lead not just to execute.
What you’ll be doing:
Own end‑to‑end EAM implementations, from initial analysis through successful go‑live
Lead workshops and guide customers toward best‑practice asset and maintenance processes
Translate business needs into a scalable, high‑performing Ultimo configuration
Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting in the platform
Run multiple projects in parallel while keeping scope, quality, and timelines tight
Enable users through training and hands‑on support during adoption
Collaborate closely with consulting peers, product teams, and support
Help evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach by sharing insights and lessons learned

This role is ideal if you:
Have 3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions
(Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar)
Enjoy working in a consulting or project‑driven environment
Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts
Like combining business insight with technical configuration
Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
Are fluent in English and comfortable working internationally
Take ownership, act proactively, and genuinely care about customer success
You are legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE, that is the country you are also located in whilst applying for this role (we unfortunately don’t provide sponsorship for this role in any of these countries, nor do we provide relocation packages).

The Admissions Coordinator will manage inquiries and guide adults through the admissions process for substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment.
Plan and deliver Google Workspace deployments for clients, from environment assessment and data migration through configuration, user adoption, training, and ongoing security and performance optimization.
Guide healthcare clients through RCM software implementations, configuring billing and clinical workflows, coordinating integrations and testing, and training teams to support efficient revenue cycle operations.
Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and Customer Success handoff, leading discovery, project plans, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and validation that launches support customer goals.
Lead enterprise deployment workstreams that turn customer processes into prioritized automation roadmaps, establish scalable governance and adoption practices, and demonstrate measurable business value.
