Join Hostinger's Abuse & Fraud team and help us build smart, scalable compliance and fraud prevention operations.
As a Compliance Specialist, you strengthen compliance across our services, and protect legitimate customers by stopping fraud and abuse. You redesign workflows, challenge inefficient processes, and shape better ways of working, leveraging AI and automation to support your decisions, strengthen our prevention capabilities, and scale them as Hostinger grows.
Ensure compliance across our services. Investigate regulatory requests, GDPR, domain disputes (UDRP), and account recovery escalations. Take action based on applicable regulations and internal policies, and close gaps in existing controls and procedures.
Investigate payment fraud and abuse. Uncover suspicious transactions, fraudulent payment activity, and misuse of our services. Determine the right course of action to protect our customers and business.
Build prevention into our systems. Connect patterns across compliance, payments, abuse, and account recovery to identify systemic risks and drive changes to detection logic, monitoring tools, and preventive controls that stop threats before they cause harm.
Use AI and automation to amplify your impact. Find opportunities to automate repetitive checks, streamline case reviews, and shape AI-assisted investigation tools that free up your time for complex cases and higher-impact decisions.
At least 1 year of experience in Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Abuse, Risk Management, Trust & Safety, or a related field.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and their practical application: ICANN policies, GDPR, data protection, domain ownership claims, and fraudulent transfers.
Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to connect patterns, identify root causes, and solve complex problems.
High curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, actively seeking new perspectives, exploring industry best practices, and questioning existing ways of working.
Challenge assumptions, speak up when something doesn't make sense, and take action to make things better around you.
Already using AI to build or automate processes in your work.
Comfortable with uncertainty and evolving responsibilities, adapting quickly as priorities change.
Fluent in Lithuanian and English
Nice to have:
Experience with payment fraud, online abuse, account recovery, or fraud detection systems.
Familiarity with UDRP, EU consumer protection regulations, or other frameworks relevant to digital services.
Knowledge of international regulatory requirements and compliance practices (example: Brazil).

Compensation starts from 2.600 EUR gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.

Three. Two. Onboard
Review and investigate risk cases, gather evidence, apply compliance actions, and maintain accurate records while monitoring anomalies and communicating resolutions to users and internal teams.
Verify applicantsβ employment, education, references, and licenses by phone, email, and online research while completing client requests and meeting team accuracy and productivity standards.
Manage employer payroll tax registrations, account setup, and state notice resolution for members, coordinating with agencies and internal teams while maintaining clear communication and improving processes.
Provide company secretarial, legal and compliance administration for UK and Ireland entities, maintaining statutory records, supporting governance and board processes, and coordinating compliance activities with the Company Secretary.
Support FATCA, CRS and other regulatory reporting for global clients by maintaining compliance data, preparing regulatory submissions, monitoring legislative changes and contributing to process improvements.
