We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join Honeydew’s talented and growing Design team. This is a full ownership role, as you'll take design problems from first principles through to final specs.
What You'll Do
Own product areas end-to-end: problem framing, flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Build and maintain a design system that scales as the product grows
Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout the build process
Run lightweight research and usability testing to validate direction
Contribute design output that informs both engineering and broader product decisions
What We're Looking For
Experience with end-to-end ownership — you understood the problem, drove the solution, and saw it through to delivery
Strong systems thinking: design systems, component libraries, or work that demonstrates consistency at scale
Strong ability to lead Design Reviews, clearly articulating complex UX ideas and getting the right feedback
Startup experience where you've had to create structure from scratch
Recent experience using AI-assisted tools where they genuinely add speed or quality
Experience in healthcare and/or e-commerce a plus
You love rolling up your sleeves and building from the ground up

The target base salary for this role is $166,000 – $191,000. Final offers are calibrated based on your specific skill set, depth of experience, and geographic location.
Leads end-to-end product design for agentic finance experiences, translating complex financial workflows into approachable products across desktop, mobile web, and native apps while shaping product strategy and customer outcomes.
Own product design from problem framing through launch, creating intuitive workflows and AI-powered experiences while advancing design systems and partnering with product, engineering, and customers.
Own end-to-end product design for complex fraud and compliance workflows, from identifying user problems and shaping roadmaps to testing, launching, and improving solutions with customers.
Leads cross-product UX initiatives from discovery through launch, using research and product data to shape accessible workflows, guide implementation, evaluate outcomes, and mentor designers.
Own end-to-end product design across mobile and web, using research, experimentation, and strong visual craft to improve marketplace experiences while shaping product direction and mentoring designers.
