We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across New Romney, Kent.
You’ll be required to work morning shifts (07:00-14:00) and alternate Weekends.
If you have a caring heart and a friendly smile, you can make someone’s day — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. At Home Instead, we focus on quality care, offering both companionship and personal support so clients can live safely, comfortably and with dignity.

At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.
You’ll be supporting older adults with things like:
- Providing respectful personal care, such as helping with washing, showering, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene, while always maintaining dignity and independence
- Supporting with mobility and helping clients move around their home safely
- Preparing meals, snacks and hot drinks
- Helping with light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable
- Offering companionship, conversation and a friendly face
- Supporting with medication reminders and other health-related tasks where appropriate
No Experience? No Problem!
You don’t need previous care experience — we’ll train, support, and cheer you on from day one.
We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude. For example:
