Full job description

Easol is the first AI operating system for the Experience Commerce category - an intelligent digital workforce that helps experience creators run their business. Our ambition is bold: to become the category leader in a $300bn+ space.

We power professional experience creators with a fully integrated platform that brings together website, booking engine, payments, sales & marketing tools, operations, and data & insight - all underpinned by agentic AI. Easol enables enterprise creators to streamline, scale and transform their businesses through a single, end-to-end system.

Today, we focus on two core verticals: Music and Entertainment (LBE). Over the next year, we'll be deepening our product in each vertical and expanding into new segments.

We're a fast-growing, well-funded business that doubled in size in 2025, with a clear pathway to do the same again in 2026. A key pillar of our strategy is building AI-centric workflows directly into the platform, transforming how creators design, sell and operate their experiences.

About The Role

This is a senior, high-trust seat - and a rare one. We're looking for someone who has spent at least a decade inside the music industry, not selling to it from the outside: a person who already knows the promoters, festival founders, agents and operators who shape live music in North America, and who understands that in this business, trust and relationships are the currency that closes deals.

The timing is a genuine inflection point for Easol's Music vertical in North America. The market is enormous - we're talking about some of the most iconic festivals and live music experiences on the planet - and Easol is poised to become the operating system that powers them. Music is Easol's most established vertical, with a blue-chip roster of existing Creators and deep product investment behind it. North America is a massive, fragmented market of independent festival operators, regional promoters, boutique event brands, and venues - all underserved by legacy ticketing infrastructure and ripe for disruption.

As Senior Account Executive, you'll own a segment of the North American enterprise opportunity end to end: a significant quota, the full sales cycle from first conversation through close, and a high-velocity book of business. This is not a desk job. You'll be on the road a lot - at festival sites, backstage, at the conferences and dinners where this industry actually does business - representing Easol as a senior figure in the North American scene and bringing back the market intelligence that shapes our strategy.

You'll have real autonomy, a direct line to leadership, and the chance to define how Easol wins in the most important live music market in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a multi-million dollar sales quota across North American enterprise music creator - independent festivals, regional promoters, destination events - consistently delivering quarterly targets through disciplined pipeline generation and execution.
  • Run a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion: strong outbound prospecting, sharp discovery, clear ROI and take-rate narratives, and fast, effective closing across deals of varying complexity and size.
  • Open doors through your own network. Your relationships with operators, promoters and founders are a core part of the job - use them to get Easol into the right rooms, and build new ones with the same care.
  • Be a senior face of Easol in the North American music scene. Travel extensively - festival sites, venues, industry gatherings and key moments like SXSW, Pollstar Live and NIVA - to build relationships in person and generate market intelligence that sharpens GTM and product direction.
  • Build and maintain healthy pipeline coverage with rigorous CRM hygiene and reliable weekly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers, well-set expectations, and long-term creator success - laying the foundation for retention and expansion from day one.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product to align on commercial guardrails, campaign activity, and deal structures that protect margin while winning business.
  • Feed market insights back into the business - you'll be closer to North American operators than anyone else at Easol, and your perspective on buyer needs, competitor activity, and product gaps will directly shape strategy.
  • Set the standard for the team. As a senior seller, your playbook, discipline and judgement will shape how Easol sells music in North America.

About You

You're a hungry, social, outcomes-driven music industry insider and senior sales executive who thrives in a fast-moving environment and already has the relationships - and the credibility - to get in front of key decision makers fast.

  • 10+ years working directly within the music industry - at a promoter, festival, venue, agency, label, ticketing or live events company, or in a commercial role serving them. You understand the nuances of how this business works: the seasonality, the economics, the egos, the handshake deals, and why a relationship built over years matters more than any pitch.
  • A real network. Existing relationships with independent festival operators, regional promoters, venue owners and boutique event brands across North America are the single most significant asset you bring.
  • Proven SME / mid-market seller - a strong track record delivering against quota in a high-volume motion, ideally in B2B SaaS (vertical SaaS, marketplace, payments/take-rate, or ticketing/events tech a plus).
  • North American live music expertise - you know how independent festivals and promoters operate, how they make money, and what keeps them up at night.
  • Ready to travel extensively. This role lives on the road for a meaningful part of the year - festival season, conferences, on-site visits and face-to-face meetings are where the job gets done, and you'd want it no other way.
  • Commercially sharp and metric-led - you run a tight ship on pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting. You're disciplined about CRM hygiene and deal quality, and you hold yourself to a high bar on execution.
  • Energetic prospector and closer - you're comfortable owning your outbound, building pipeline from scratch, and running competitive deals to a close. You don't wait for inbound.
  • Strong cross-functional operator - you thrive working alongside Marketing, CS, Product and Finance to execute, unblock, and deliver outcomes.
  • Bias to action - you move fast, take ownership, and bring energy, judgement, and resilience to a role that combines genuine autonomy with high expectations.
  • What Success Looks Like

3 months: Fully ramped on Easol, the North American music market, and our take-rate model. Your network is activated - warm introductions flowing, key deals in-flight under your ownership, and a clear next-quarter forecast built.

6 months: Closing deals consistently and hitting quarterly targets. Pipeline developed to deliver next quarter; improved win-rate and velocity; a repeatable outbound motion in place; strong CS handover rhythm established; a visible presence at the industry moments that matter.

12 months: Reliably delivering annual new business targets; a scalable North American music sales playbook in place; deep creator relationships and a meaningful market presence that makes Easol a known name among independent operators; next-year NA Music GTM plan agreed and ready to execute.

    What You’ll Enjoy About Easol

🌏 Access to our incredible β€œdeep week” perk - company-funded travel to a destination of your choice, with dedicated time to focus on a project that matters to you, without distraction.

πŸ’° A monthly contribution towards a gym membership and your mobile phone contract, an annual personal development budget, and support to choose your own equipment.

✈️ 33 days of holidays, inclusive of public holidays.
