- Guide customers through their initial journey and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Iterate on strategies and automations to streamline workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers during their onboarding journey.
- Champion a customer-first approach balancing personalized support with scalable processes.
- Maintain target metrics related to customer onboarding efficiency and satisfaction.
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience working with external customers in a similar role.
- Direct customer-facing onboarding experience.
- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
