📜 Description

  • Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end, analyzing and comparing data between Workday and the HR submission file.
  • Serve as the point person for all employee payroll questions, providing strong customer service.
  • Confirm that all weekly timesheets are free of exceptions and approved by a supervisor before processing.
  • Analyze and compare new hire and termination information prior to each payroll run.
  • Prepare, update, and retain payroll reports for the annual financial audit.
  • Train and develop offshore team members on payroll processing activities.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience covering full-cycle payroll processing, tax filings, and adjustments.
  • Multi-jurisdiction bi-weekly payroll processing experience in Workday.
  • Experience working with ADP SmartCompliance for tax filings and wage garnishments.
  • Strong payroll and payroll tax skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record of accurate work in a high-volume payroll environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
