- Build a portfolio view of product investment, analyzing costs and returns to inform roadmap funding.
- Develop cost-to-serve analytics, focusing on support costs and the economics of AI-assisted support.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and senior leadership to present financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage the annual operating plan, monthly close, and variance analysis for both organizations.
🛠️ Requirements
- 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Experience managing an operating expense budget or collaborating with non-finance teams on spending.
- Strong modeling skills for revenue forecasts and operating expense models.
- Knowledge of software and subscription economics, including ARR and gross margin.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort with large datasets.
- Ability to present clear recommendations to leadership.
