Manager, Analytics

Lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute strategies from senior leadership, and oversee day-to-day client communications.

Description

• Manage client data science and advanced analytics engagements with a focus on delivery.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Client Service, and channel delivery teams to develop media optimization opportunities.
• Build internal and external timelines and project plans using Agile Project Management.
• Lead the gathering of user stories and development of analytical tools.
• Drive team-wide learning initiatives and research into statistical methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a relevant quantitative field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, with at least 2 years in customer analytics or digital media.
• Strong foundation in Python or R, with knowledge of relevant libraries.
• Functional proficiency with Git and familiarity with relational databases and cloud services.
• Understanding of econometric and statistical frameworks such as Linear Regression and Decision Trees.
• Ability to mentor a team and translate complex processes into client-friendly terms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
