🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Track record of scaling distributed software systems and high-performing engineering organizations.
- Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure; microservices; APIs; and modern DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Experience in HIPAA-compliant environments; HL7 or FHIR familiarity is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, cross-functional leadership, and program management skills.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, PagerDuty, Datadog, or similar tools.

You will drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering excellence across multiple teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable software that supports our mission in health technology.
Operating as a strategic partner to product, clinical, and business leadership, you will shape the engineering roadmap, cultivate a strong engineering culture, and build scalable systems and teams.
