Coinbase is building the future of institutional trading as part of the Everything Exchange, powering the systems that let the world's largest financial institutions trade across markets with speed, depth, and trust. As an Architect on the Trading team, you'll design, build, and own the core trading systems that power Coinbase: order and execution management, algo execution, settlement, multi-venue connectivity, and low-latency messaging that serve our Retail, Prime, and wholesale brokerage customers. Design customer-specific Redis solutions for financial services, partnering with technical teams and Sales to validate business needs, lead proofs of concept and pilots, and demonstrate the value of Redis technology.
Define architecture, technology choices and integrations for Martech Automation and CVM Growth, while guiding engineering teams, assessing build-versus-buy decisions, and improving cloud operations and cost governance.
Leads pre-sales architecture for complex customer opportunities, translating business and technical needs into end-to-end solutions while guiding bids, customer engagement, and international teams through deal closure and delivery handover.
Serve as the technical authority for a GitLab product group on complex enterprise opportunities, guiding architecture and evaluations while shaping product feedback and enabling Solutions Architecture teams.
Lead customer-facing Generative AI engagements from use-case design to production, building and validating LLM solutions while shaping customer roadmaps and strengthening GenAI expertise across the field team.
