• Lead and mentor a team of Partner Solutions Engineers.
• Drive technology alliances strategy and manage joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Interpret customer problems to design effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen capabilities and develop joint solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing high-performing solution engineering teams.
• Strong experience with System Integrators and Software/Hardware partners.
• Good understanding of hyperscaler cloud architectures.
• Experience managing joint business initiatives and co-sell programs.
• Strong foundation in the Big Data ecosystem and modern data management principles.
• Comfort with Infrastructure, programming languages, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
