We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

Requirements
Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
Manage content projects and oversee the workout content production process for the mobile app, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective communication across teams.
Coordinate multiple projects from planning through completion, keeping timelines, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholders aligned while identifying risks and following through on commitments.
Manage Smart Home and IoT projects from planning through delivery, leading cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships and risks, and improving project operations while supporting AI adoption.
As a Supervisor for sports events, you will ensure the accuracy of live betting odds, support partners and traders, and conduct video monitoring and analysis.
The Assistant Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.
