🛠️ Requirements

  • 7+ years of channel, partnerships, or partner sales experience in enterprise software, ideally within SaaS.
  • Strong track record recruiting, onboarding, and growing software-focused partners in Northern Europe.
  • Experience building or evolving a partner motion with both software revenue and services opportunity.
  • Demonstrated success with partner recruitment, joint business planning, and partner-led pipeline generation.
  • Ability to coach partners on positioning and selling technology solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and effective partnership with sales and marketing teams.
