  • Define the Joint Business Plan with a clear value proposition aligning Celonis' revenue goals with Databricks' targets.
  • Develop GTM strategy to achieve joint goals, including sales motions and programs with Celonis and partner teams.
  • Create sales assets and enablement programs, equipping regional teams with necessary tools to drive joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Leaders and Partner Managers for local strategy execution.
  • Manage relationships with Senior Leadership at both Celonis and Databricks.
  • Support strategic customer pursuits in collaboration with Celonis field teams.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales, or business development.
  • Sales mindset with a team-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to develop holistic strategies and execute operational tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Preferred studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
