🛠️ Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience with a focus on consumer or marketplace products.
- Demonstrable experience using AI design tools like Claude Design in your workflow.
- Strong end-to-end design skills, from problem framing to polished production-ready designs.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to align with senior stakeholders and influence effectively.
- Experience mentoring designers and enhancing team standards.
