- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Employer of Record providers for workforce administration.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in HR systems.
- Support compliance with Bulgarian labor law and internal policies.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3 - 4 years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration.
- Experience with employment contracts and lifecycle documentation.
- Good understanding of Bulgarian labor law and HR compliance.
- Experience in an international or multinational environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like HiBob or Workday.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in Bulgarian and English.
