- Maintain visa and Ajeer sponsorship documentation and track contract renewals, pricing, and cost modelling.
- Approve timesheets and expenses in Productive and manage client reimbursement invoicing.
- Coordinate project kick-offs with client Professional Services Managers and follow escalations through to resolution.

Twelve IT consultants and growing. Three regions. One person who makes sure every one of them can do their best work.
That’s this role.
Our consultants across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and APAC are delivering complex technology projects for global clients. They need someone in their corner: a day-to-day point of contact who removes blockers, spots problems early and makes them feel looked after. As their Consultant Engagement Coordinator, that’s you.
What you’ll own
- The consultant experience, end to end. You manage and mentor a team of 12, with monthly 1:1s, feedback, development goals and early flags on retention risk.
- Onboarding. You welcome every new joiner, get their access and paperwork sorted, and fix any misalignment in the first four weeks.
- Employer of Record relationship. You work with our EOR on contracts, start dates, work permits, PTO and payroll queries, staying ahead of issues instead of chasing them.
- Visas and Ajeer sponsorship. You keep consultants’ documents current and compliant.
- Renewals. You track upcoming contract renewals, feed into pricing and cost modelling, and run each renewal from start to finish.
- Time and expenses. You approve timesheets and expenses in Productive and manage client reimbursement invoicing.
- Delivery. You work with client Professional Services Managers to make project kick-offs smooth and relationships strong, and you see every escalation through to resolution.
- The details that keep a team healthy. That means vacation, sickness and absence, certifications, team activities and region-specific SOPs.
Requirements
What we need from you
- Experience managing and mentoring a dispersed team in the IT industry
- A track record of running performance reviews and development plans
- Hands-on experience working with EORs
- Solid grounding in HR administration and documentation
- Strong organisation, and the ability to juggle several priorities without dropping any
- A problem-solver’s instinct: you resolve things quickly and own them until they’re closed
- Fluent Arabic and English
