We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to join our team in Sofia, contributing to the development and evolution of our sportsbook platform.
You'll work within a microservices-based architecture, building and maintaining API-driven services that support complex, high-performance applications. Working closely with other engineers, you'll contribute to new feature development, system optimisation and the continued improvement of our technical infrastructure.

Build and optimize a high-throughput ad exchange by improving its real-time bidder and throttling layer, analyzing billions of events, and translating interpretable machine-learning insights into live traffic rules.
Build and maintain backend product features, APIs, integrations, and background jobs while helping operate reliable cloud infrastructure, improve production systems, and guide teammates through reviews and mentoring.
Lead the development of scalable backend systems and APIs, modernize web application architecture, and guide engineering teams in building performant, well-tested, reusable software.
Design and deploy secure distributed systems for AI-powered evidence search and analysis, bringing production machine learning, retrieval, and semantic reasoning capabilities from discovery through deployment.
Build and operate backend services, data pipelines, and investigation tools that detect and prevent fraud across sign-up, authentication, payments, API usage, and product features.
