As the Head of Brand & Marketing DACH, you will lead market expansion, drive localized growth, and establish KoRo as a household name in the DACH region.
Head of Marketing, Americas
📜 Description
- Define and own the regional marketing strategy for North America, aligning with global teams on brand, digital, paid media, email, and events.
- Manage and develop a regional marketer, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Translate business objectives into marketing programs with clear pipeline and revenue impact targets.
- Drive ABM strategies in close partnership with Sales, targeting key accounts and strategic verticals.
- Build brand awareness through speaking opportunities, sponsored events, local partnerships, and client advocacy.
🛠️ Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing management or cross-functional campaign coordination in a global environment
- Business-minded marketer who thinks in revenue outcomes first, marketing activities second — comfortable owning pipeline numbers alongside Sales
- Equally strategic and hands-on: as capable of setting the regional roadmap as of rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and events yourself, especially given the lean size of the team
- Proven track record operating in complex, matrixed organizations — able to influence without authority and drive alignment across Sales, Product and central Marketing teams
- Comfortable operating across time zones and reporting lines based outside the US
- Agile and adaptable — able to shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment
- Strategic, 360° view of the marketing mix — not just events — with the judgment to prioritize across channels based on pipeline impact
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
- Deep expertise in both online ( email, webinars, social) and offline (events, community) marketing channels
- Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles
