  • Own the team's quota attainment from pipeline creation to close, addressing gaps proactively.
  • Run forecast calls, maintain pipeline hygiene, and use data from SFDC, Clari, and Gong for decision-making.
  • Ensure the team delivers tailored technology solutions and builds strategic customer relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Channel, Solution Consultants, and Marketing for revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and accountability.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent performance.
  • 2+ years leading sales teams with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to build accountability structures and develop talent.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying technology sales environment.
  • Proficient with SFDC, Gong, and Clari.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for coaching and presenting.
