We follow a hybrid schedule and rely on in-person collaboration. Team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. As a Software Engineer at Axon, you’ll help build technology that supports mission-critical products used by customers around the world.
We are hiring engineers across a range of experience levels. Depending on your background, you may be growing your skills alongside experienced engineers, independently owning features and services, or leading technical design and architecture for complex systems.
You’ll work in a collaborative, AI-first engineering environment where modern development tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows are part of how we build software.
